摘要
良好的教师礼仪素养对教师的专业发展和教育教学有着重要意义。调查表明,"90后"教师由于出生背景和成长环境独特、受现代西方价值观影响、教师礼仪教育缺失等原因,在教师礼仪素养上还存在着不足。可从加强学校组织文化建设、强化传统礼仪教育、注重职前教育和职后培训、发挥教师资格证考试和注册的导向作用等方面提高"90后"教师的职业礼仪素养。
Nice teachers' etiquette is of great significance to the teachers' professional development and educational teaching. The survey shows that due to the unique birth background and growth environment,influenced by modern western values,and lack of teachers' etiquette education and so on,"after 90"teachers have some deficiencies in the etiquette. The paper puts forward followed strategies: firstly,strengthening the construction of school organizational culture; secondly,strengthening the traditional etiquette education; thirdly,paying attention to pre-service education and post-career training; fourthly,focusing on teacher's qualification examination and registration and so on.
