摘要
学区化办学作为一种促进区域基础教育均衡发展的方式,近年来已逐渐成为教育领域研究的热点问题。现有相关研究主要从学区的概念、实施意义、组建原则、学区类型、资源共享、组织管理、存在的问题及对策建议等方面进行分析。尽管现有研究取得了一些成绩,但还存在理论深度不够、研究视角局限、比较研究欠缺等问题。后续研究应加强对不同学区办学模式的比较,以多学科视角深化理论层面分析。
In recent years,district oriented school running,as a way of promoting balanced development of region education,has gradually become a hot issue in the field of education research. The scholars in China care about the concept,significance,school district type,sharing of resources,organizational management,problems and countermeasure of district oriented school running. Although the existing research has made some achievements,there are still some problems as the insufficiency of theoretical research,the limitation of research perspective,and the shortage of comparative research on different types. In the future,we should strengthen theoretical research,increase comparative research and utilize multi-disciplinary analysis to seek for suitable mode about district oriented school running in China.
