综述与展望:大学生职业生涯规划课程教学改革研究

Review and Prospect: The Study on Teaching Reform of Career Planning Course for College Students

教学工作始终是高等教育的核心工作,是大学人才培养的关键所在。大学生是国家未来的建设者,对其进行职业生涯规划教育,有利于促进其自身的发展,也关系到高校的人才培养成效。笔者在对近年来大学生业生涯课程教学改革的主要研究内容进行梳理的基础上,指出未来一段时间内大学生职业生涯规划课程建设仍要重视教学方法改革、师资队伍建设及教学内容的更新、教学评价体系的完善。

Teaching is always the core work of higher education,and it is the key to train talents in universities. College students are the builders of the future. Career planning education,which is conducive to the development of college students,is related to the effectiveness of talent training in universities. With summarizing the main research contents of the teaching reforms in recent college students＇ career curriculum,the paper points out following methods： paying attention to the reform of teaching methods; constructing the teaching staff; renewing the teaching content; and perfecting the teaching evaluation system.
