摘要
目的:以江苏省三甲中医医院为研究对象,评价其服务效率,为深化中医医院改革提供参考。方法:通过文献计量法和专家咨询法结合中医医院特色确定服务效率评价指标,利用TOPSIS法对2014-2016年江苏省18所三甲中医医院进行评价分析。结果:江苏省三甲中医医院服务效率逐年提高,服务效率结构趋于优化;中医院服务效率在地域上呈现"苏南——苏北——苏中"的趋势。结论:江苏省三甲中医医院的服务效率存在区域差异化,整体服务效率仍有进一步发展空间;部分地市级三甲中医医院服务效率优于省级中医医院,要求江苏省中医药服务系统互联互通,推进多元化办医,优化地区资源配置。
Objective To evaluate the service efficiency of tertiary Chinese Medicine hospitals in Jiangsu Province, and pro- vide suggestions for further reform. Methods The evaluation indexes of service efficiency were determined by bibliometrics and ex- pert consultation method. And the service efficiency of 18 tertiary Chinese Medicine hospitals in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2016 was evaluated with TOPSIS method. Results The service efficiency of tertiary Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals kept in- creasing year by year, with optimized structure of service efficiency, which was the best in Southern Jiangsu, followed by Northern and Middle Jiangsu. Conclusion The service efficiency of tertiary Chinese Medicine hospitals in Jiansu had regional differences, which needs to be further improved. It is suggested for the government to develop interconnected service system, encourage the sharing of TCM service system, promote the diversified medical services, and optimize the allocation of regional resources.
