摘要 采用分散红3B、分散蓝2BLN和分散荧光红R-G用于分散荧光黄10GN涤纶拼色染色加工,研究了染料用量及染色工艺对分散荧光黄10GN拼色性能的影响,测试了拼色织物的荧光性能及颜色特征值。结果表明:分散荧光黄10GN可采用分散红3B、分散蓝2BLN进行拼色处理,但当分散荧光黄10GN质量分数为1%,分散红3B和蓝2BLN质量分数分别超过0.06%和0.01%时,会使染色涤纶的荧光性能达不到荧光强度要求;分散荧光黄10GN与荧光红R-G拼色可获得荧光橙色。苯甲醇可用于分散荧光黄10GN低温拼色工艺,能够有效降低工艺温度,并获得与高温高压法相同的荧光效果。 Disperse Red 3B, Disperse Blue 2BLN and Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 10GN are used to combination dyeing of polyester with Disperse Fluorescent Yellow IOGN respectively. The effects of dye concentrations and dyeing process on color matching performance of Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 10GN are analyzed. The fluorescence properties and color characteristic values of fabrics are tested. The results show that Disperse Red 3B and Disperse Blue 2BLN can be used to combination dyeing process with Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 10GN. When the mass fraction of Disperse Yellow Fluorescence 10GN is 1%, Disperse Red 3B and Disperse Blue 2BLN concentration are over 0.06% and 0.01% respec- tively, the fluorescence properties of the dyed polyester can not meet the requirements of the fluores- cence intensity. Fluorescent orange shade is obtained by Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 10 GN and Fluorescent Red R-G. Benzyl alcohol can be used to low temperature dyeing of polyester fabrics with Disperse Fluorescent Yellow IOGN, which can reduce the process temperature effectively, and can obtain the same fluorescence effect as that with the high temperature and high pressure method.
