摘要
合成了一种不含己二酸二酰肼(ADH)的抗热黄变剂Figlow TAY-R,将其与含ADH的抗热黄变剂Figlow TAY-01进行对比,测试了二者处理后的锦/氨弹性织物的黄变和甲醛吸附。结果表明,不含ADH的抗热黄变剂Figlow TAY-R应用于锦/氨弹性织物,其抗热黄变效果与含ADH的抗热黄变剂相当,对甲醛的吸附量远低于含有ADH的产品。
A new type of anti-heating yellowing agent Figlow TAY-R, which does not contain adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH), is synthesized and its physical properties are tested, the simulated application performance of anti-heating yellowing effect and formaldehyde adsorption compared with ADH-contained Figlow TAY-OI are tested. The results show that the anti-heating yellowing effect of polyamide/polyure- thane elastic fabric treated with Figlow TAY-R is similar to that of ADH-contained products, while the adsorption capacity of formaldehyde is much lower than the ADH-contained product.
