介绍了纺织品拨水剂的拨水原理与分类,以涤纶和尼龙织物的拨水功效与耐洗性为评价指标,得到无氟拨水剂的优化整理工艺。涤纶和尼龙织物经10次水洗后拨水性能基本能保持80分以上,同时还指出了工艺中的注意事项。
The functional mechanism and technical classification of perfluorocarbon（PFC）-free repelJent are introduced. Taking water-repellency and durability of PFC-free repellent as key factors, the optimum water-repellent finishing process is discussed, and the water repellency of the finished polyester and ny- lon fabric remain more than 80 after 10 times laundering. The key factors during the finishing process which may affect the performance of PFC-free repellent are summarized.
