生态脆弱区绿色矿业发展研究:以新疆克州为例

Study on the green mining development in ecological fragile region:taking Xinjiang Kezhou as an example

生态脆弱区是目前生态问题突出、经济相对落后、人民生活贫困的问题重叠区域,是我国绿色矿业发展中亟待突破的区域。文章以新疆克州为例,运用SWOT模型分析其矿业发展的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战,并在此基础上提出克州发展绿色矿业的策略,进而针对我国生态脆弱区发展绿色矿业提出加大政策扶持力度、加强技术支撑能力、助力区域脱贫攻坚等几点建议。

Ecological fragile region is the overlapping area that the ecological problem serious,the economy relatively backward and the people living in poverty,where is need to break through to develop green mining.Taking Kezhou in Xinjiang as an example,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of mining development by SWOT model,on this basis puts forward the green mining development strategies in Kezhou,and then puts forward the green mining development suggestions in ecological fragile areas such as to intensify policy support,strengthen technical capacity,boost regional tackling poverty.
