参斛复方不同剂型对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的疗效评价

Efficacy Assessment of Shenhu Compound with Different Dosage Form on Treating Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察参斛复方不同剂型治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效。方法将230例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者随机分为3组:基础治疗组30例,试验组100例和对照组100例。基础治疗组给予冠心病基础治疗,试验组予冠心病基础治疗+参斛复方中药破壁饮片(3.5 g/袋,每次1袋,每日2次,开水冲服)治疗,对照组给予冠心病基础治疗+参斛复方合剂(每次50 m L,每日2次),各组均持续治疗6个月。检测各组患者治疗前后高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(TG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血栓素(TXA2)及前列环素(PGI2)水平。结果治疗过程中脱落32例,最终完成198例。与本组治疗前比较,治疗后各组HDL、LDL、TG、Hcy及hs-CRP水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组和试验组TXA2水平及TXA2/PGI2比值均降低(P<0.05);与基础治疗组同期比较,治疗后对照组及试验组TXA2水平及TXA2/PGI2比值亦降低(P<0.05)。结论参斛复方不同剂型在抗血小板聚集及改善微循环具有一定作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of different dosage form of Shenhu Compound in treating patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Totally 230 patients with CHD, were randomly assigned to 3 groups .the conventional treatment group （30 cases ）, the trial group （100 cases） and the control group （100 cases）. All patients received basic treatment of CHD, patients in the trial group additionally took ultrafine granular powder of Shenhu Compound Recipe,3.5 g per package, twice a day. Patients in the control group additionally took 50 mL cecoction of Shenhu Compound Recipe, twice a day. The therapeutic course for all was 6 months. The levels of lipids profile（including HDL, LDL, and TG）, homocysteine （ Hcy）, high-sensitive C reactive protein （ hs-CRP）, thromboxane A2 （TXA2） and prostacyclin （PGI2） were detected before and after treatment. Results 32 cases dropped out during the therapeutic course, and finally 198 patients competed this clinical study. There was no significant difference in HDL, LDL, TG, Hcy, and hs-CRP levels in each group before and after treatment （P 〉0.05）. But the TXA2 level and TXA2/PGI2 ratio in the trial and control groups were decreased after treatment （P 〈0. 05）. In addition, both TXA2 level and TXA2/PGI2 ratio in the trial and control groups had a lower tendency compared with the conventional treatment group after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with CHD could get benefit from different dosage form of Shenhu Compound Recipe therapy which showed alleviating platelet aggregation effect and may improve the microcirculation.
