基于L’Insalata量表的通讯兵肩关节功能现况调查

摘要 [目的]探讨实战化训练中通讯兵肩关节训练伤的发生情况和功能现状。[方法]采用LInsalata量表,对甲乙两军种中2个通讯团的通讯兵进行调查,了解肩关节损伤的发病率,并分别按性别和军种进行分组,比较两组人员的患侧肩关节LInsalata评分,对日常生活和训练的影响等方面,进行统计分析。[结果]共获取有效问卷1 182份,2016年7月通讯兵肩关节训练伤发病率为63.37%;受伤后男性通讯兵肩关节LInsalata评分(79.19±9.24)分明显低于女通讯兵的(84.89±8.04)分(P<0.001),甲种军通讯兵肩关节LInsalata评分(78.72±9.01)分明显低于乙种军通讯兵的(80.30±9.48)分(P=0.003);受伤后对训练和生活产生影响的程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]实战化训练中通讯兵易发生肩关节训练伤,受伤后对肩关节功能造成的影响男性高于女性,甲种军高于乙种军,对通讯兵的日常训练和生活产生了不同程度的影响。 [Objective] To explore prevalence of shoulder injuries and functional state of signal soldiers in real combat training. [Methods] The soldiers in 2 communication regiments of the A and B group armies received a survey using L'Insalata questionnaire to discover the prevalence of shoulder injuries. According to gender and military service, the soldiers were divided into different groups to compare the L'Insalata score, the impact of injury on daily life and training. [Results] Based on 1182 valid answers to the questionnaire, the prevalence of shoulder injury was 63.37%. Of the injured soldiers, the males got significantly lower L'Insalata scores (79.19±9.24) than the females (84.89±8.04) (P〈0.001). Additionally, the soldiers in the A group army (78.72±9.01) proved significantly lower L'Insalata scores than those in the B group army (80.30±9.48) (P=0.003) . The injury impacts on daily life and training were statistically different among the different groups (P〈0.001). [Conclusion] Shoulder injuries are a common training injury in the signal corps during the real combat training, which affect the males more seriously than the females. The impacts of shoulder injuries on the daily life and training of the signal soldiers are significantly different, which are more severe in the A group army than the B group army.
