摘要
在国际国内经济格局深度调整的形势下,着重于覆盖性地培养全校学生创业精神和创业思维的全校性创业教育理念成为当前世界范围内高校创业教育的主要发展趋势。美国高校作为全校性创业教育改革的先行者,在推行全校性创业教育过程中通过确立学校领导层支持的保障机制、构建分层分类的创业课程体系、招募和培育全职的创业教育师资队伍和衔接高校所在社区的资源共享等策略取得了显著成效。我国高校实行深化创新创业教育改革一直都有自己的特色,美国高校全校性创业教育的成功经验与实践可以成为有益的参照系,使我国高校在开展面向全体学生的创新创业教育之初可以博采众家之长,兼收并蓄,走出自己的发展道路。
In the profound adjustment of the pattern of international and domestic conomic situation, the philosophy of the university-wide entrepreneurship education which focuses on the coverage to cultivate students pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial thinking becomes the main trends of the current world within the scope of the development to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. American Universities as the pioneer of university-wide entrepreneurship education reform, which have made a great difference by establishing the University leadership support safeguard mechanism, building the hierarchical classification system of entrepreneurship courses, recruiting and cultivating the full-time faculties in entrepreneurship education and connecting with the communities sharing strategy. Even Chinese university has their own way to reform the entrepreneurship education, the good experiences from American universities still could be reference for us. Learning from American universities" experience at the beginning of entrepreneurship education reform could let us adopt the advantages and become inclusive while we still could figure out our own development way.
