摘要
富氧侧吹熔池熔炼炉在一个炉中集合了物料干燥、焙烧和熔炼等工序。富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺投产后,针对该工艺的参数、可变性及控制方法等展开积极的探索和试验,在试生产内发生了烟尘率高、烟气内的单体含硫量较高、余热锅炉上升烟道结焦等多个问题,分析提出相应的解决办法,针对工艺优化提出建议。
