摘要
CAN总线的数据通讯具有突出的可靠性、实时性和灵活性,在铝电解实时监控系统中被广泛采用。但由于铝电解工业现场电磁干扰强,使用双绞线传输模式的实际通信距离远远小于理论设计值,且数据吞吐量小,容错能力差。基于CAN总线的光纤传输模式可实现全光传感和信号的远距离传输,具有精度高、无电源、防爆和抗干扰能力强等特点。
CAN bus data communication with outstanding reliability,timeliness and flexibility,is widely used in the realtime monitoring system for aluminium electrolysis. But due to the aluminium industry,strong electromagnetic interference,use twisted pair transmission mode,the actual distance is much less than the designed value,and small data throughput,fault-tolerant ability is poor. CAN bus-based optical fiber transmission model of realization of all optical sensors and signal long-distance transmission,with high precision,without power,explosion-proof and anti-jamming ability and so on.
