摘要 随着科学技术的高速发展,电解铝电气设备越来越广泛地应用到人们的生活中,因此对电解铝电气设备的监测与诊断技术提出了更高的要求,传统的人工检测方法工作效率较低,工作质量不高,智能技术随之被提出。智能技术模仿人的思维和逻辑进行工作,具有实时性、高效性、准确性。本文研究了电解铝电气设备状态监测技术和问题诊断技术两个方面,对涉及到的热点问题进行综述,对智能监测技术和智能诊断技术的优点进行探讨,并给出智能监测与诊断技术的发展方向。 With the rapid development of science and technology, electrolytic aluminum electrical equipment is more and more widely used in people's lives, therefore put forward higher requirements for monitoring and diagnosis technology of ele ctrolytic aluminum electrical equipment, the traditional manual detection method has low working efficiency and working qu ality is not high, intelligent technology has been proposed. Intelligent technology imitates human's thinking and logic to work. It has the characteristics of real time, high efficiency and accuracy. This paper studies the two aspects of electrolytic aluminu m electrical equipment condition monitoring and diagnosis technology, summarizes the hot issues related to the advantages o f intelligent monitoring technology and intelligent diagnosis technology is discussed, and gives the direction of development o f intelligent monitoring and diagnosis technology.
