摘要
本文用带式真空过滤机快速分离了溶出沉降槽底流浆液,试验证明在合适的固含条件下,带式真空过滤机能够满足过滤溶出沉降槽底流要求,试验机最高产能为6.70m3/h,滤布寿命在71.5小时,XRD测试表明熟料溶出渣主要物相为Ca2Si O4,没有发生显著的二次反应。
The solid liquid rapidly separation in the bottom currents of leaching precipitation tank by belt vacuum filter is investigated. The results show that Belt vacuum filter can satisfy the requirement of filtering the bottom currents of leaching Precipitation Tank. The maximum capacity of the machine is 6.70m3/h,and the life of the filter cloth is 71.5 hours. The leaching dregs are analyzed by XRD,the main phases is Ca2 Si O4.This new technology decreases the chance of secondary reactions.
