某钢厂钢包渣处理线BSSF水淬装置在生产过程中篦条松动情况频繁,严重时造成停产。本文通过对故障原因的分析提出了两项解决方案,经过对比论证,选择了实用正确的解决方案并投入使用产生了良好的效果。另外,还设计了新式篦条与联接板,并对设计原理和使用方法给出了详细解释。

The BSSF water quenching equipment of a steel ladle slag treatment line in a steel mill has loose grate bars situation frequently in the process of production and seriously stops production. Through the analysis of the causes of the failure, two solutions are put forward. After comparison and demonstration, the practical and correct solutions are selected and put into operation, and good results are achieved. In addition, the new grate bar and connecting plate are designed, and the design principle and operation method are explained in detail.
