摘要 搅拌器作为液-液、液-固、固-固混合、溶解、分离的关键设备,广泛运用于医药、冶金、化工等各个领域中。但由于工况条件的复杂性,选择正确的搅拌器材质(尤其是液下部分),显得尤为重要。本文主要针对湿法炼锌中,由于系统Cl-和F-对常规不锈钢材质的强腐蚀性,致使企业消耗和维修成本不断攀升的问题,积极探寻新材料和对设备表面进行处理,提高搅拌器在高Cl-和F-环境中稳定、高效、低成本运行的实践。 As the key equipment of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, solid solid mixing, dissolution and separation, agitator is widely used in medicine, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. However, due to the complexity of the working conditions, it is particularly important to choose the right mixer material(especially the lower part of the fluid). In this paper, the process of zinc hydrometallurgy, due to strong corrosion system Cl-and F-on conventional stainless steel enterprises, resulting in consumption and maintenance costs continue to rise, and actively explore new materials and the processing of the surface of equipment, improve the practice of agitator in high Cl-F-environment and stability, high efficiency and low cost operation.
