摘要
目前,内蒙古地区的铸造加工企业生产铝合金铸件时,一般用呋喃树脂砂,酚醛树脂砂或覆膜砂制备砂型和砂芯。树脂砂铸造生产存在较多的问题。针对这一情况,采用新型的型砂粘结剂及新的混制工艺,研发了一种铸造铝合金用水溶性易溃散二氧化碳自硬砂。
At present,casting and processing enterprises in Inner Mongolia produce aluminum alloy castings,usually using furan resin sand,phenolic resin sand or coated sand to prepare sand mold and sand core.There are many problems in foundry production of resin bonded sand.In view of this situation,the new sand binder and a new mixing process,developed a casting Aluminum Alloy water soluble carbon dioxide easy collapsibility of self hardening sand.
