提高难解载金炭解吸效率的可行性探究 被引量:2

摘要 在高温高压无氰解吸载金炭过程中,发现解吸高泥质矿山载金炭效果较差,解吸总时间超过20h,而且贫炭品位高于150g/t,加大反工率,增加解吸成本。通过长期实践和查阅资料,解决方法有几种:1.提高温度;2.增加压力;3.延长解吸时间;4.增加电解时间;5.改变载金炭中氰根的含量;6.载金炭的预处理。 In the process of high temperature and high pressure non-cyanide desorbed gold charcoal, it was found that the effect of desorbing gold charcoal from high argillaceous mine is poor with over 20 hours desorption time, lean carbon grade higher than 150g/t, high rework rate and desorption cost. Through long-term practice and information searching, there are 6 methods to solve the problem: 1. to increase temperature; 2. to increase pressure; 3. to extend desorption time; 4. to extend electrolysis time; 5. to change the content of cyanide in gold charcoal; 6. to pretreat gold charcoal.
