国外常用护理术语分类体系对比分析

Comparative analysis of frame structure of foreign common nursing terminology classification system

本文对国外常用护理术语分类体系的发展过程、层次结构和主要内容进行了对比分析,为构建我国护理术语分类体系提供参考。分析发现国外护理术语分类体系框架结构的建立均以护理程序为主线,分别从护理诊断、护理措施、护理结局中的一个或几个环节对护理术语进行进一步的分类和定义;护理术语分类体系大多分为2~3个层级,层级越高其概念所代表的意义越抽象,层级越低其概念所代表的意义越具体。

The paper made a comparative analysis of the development process, the hierarchical structure and the main contents of the commonly nursing terminology system in foreign countries. It was proposed that nursing procedure was the main theoretical basis of the framework of foreign nursing terminology system, which further classified and defined the nursing terminology focusing on nursing diagnosis, nursing measures and nursing outcomes. Most foreign nursing terminology classification systems were divided into 2-3 levels. The higher or lower the level of the terminology was, the more abstract or more specific the meaning of the concept represented.
