福建省高等教育支出对经济发展作用的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Role of Higher Education's Expenditures to the Economic Development in Fujian Province

高等教育对经济发展有促进作用。从福建省高等教育支出对经济增长和产业结构优化两方面,结合C-D函数,采用平稳性检验、协整检验、回归分析和Granger因果检验等统计学方法,针对高等教育支出对经济发展的作用进行实证分析。结果表明高等教育支出对经济增长和产业结构优化均有促进作用,但效果甚微。为此,在经济新常态背景下,可以从加大经费投入、产学研相结合、优化支出结构等方面促进高等教育支出对经济发展的作用。

The Higher Education can promote the economic development.From the Higher spending to economic growth and the industrial structure optimization in terms of both,this paper combines the Cobb-Douglas function and uses the stationary test,the cointegration test,the regression analysis and the Granger causality test and other statistical methods to analysis the role of the higher education＇s expenditure to the economic development.The results shows that the expenditure can promote the economic growth and the industrial structure optimization,but the effect is minimal.Thus,under the background of the new normal economic we can strengthen the role from increasing funding,the combination of research,education and production and optimizing the expenditure structure.
