摘要
通过对目前国内外A-CDM机场协同决策的应用与发展,将航空公司空闲时隙的充分利用作为前提,建立停机位的空闲时间分布更均衡,停机位利用率更高的停机位分配模型,在满足航班可接受延误水平下,寻求延误成本最低、空闲时间利用率最高的停机位分配方案,采用混合集合规划(MSP)与禁忌搜索算法相结合的算法进行设计求解。该模型保证了一定时间范围内,不仅能保证停机位资源的实时共享,而且充分利用了停机位的空闲时隙,提升了停机位资源的利用效率。
Through the application and development of cooperative decision-making at home and abroad A-CDM airport,the full utilization of the idle time slot of the airline is taken as the prerequisite to establish the allocation model of the idle time distribution of the parking spaces,(MSP)and tabu search algorithm are used to solve the problem of parking space with the lowest cost and the lowest idle time utilization rate.The model ensures a certain period of time,not only to ensure real-time sharing of parking resources,but also make full use of the idle time distribution of the parking spaces to improve the efficiency of the use of resources.
