近几年,大量青年教师成为了高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,恰逢高校实行人事代理制度,关注青年教师的工作状态有助于高等教育的发展和质量。目的:探讨医学院校青年教师工作状态。方法:通过对某医学院93名中青年教师进行问卷调查收集资料,分析了医学院青年教师工作状态,并在此基础上提出参考性建议。结果:高校青年教师是高校教师群体中的重要组成部分,其成长环境影响高等教育的质量和前景,高校青年教师在高校可持续发展过程中有着不容忽视的作用。

In recent years, a large number of young teachers have become an important part of college teachers, coinciding with the implementation of personnel agency system in colleges and universities, and paying attention to the working status of young teachers is helpful to the development and quality of higher education. Objective： To explore the working status of young teachers in medical colleges and universities. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 93 middle - aged and young teachers of a medical college, and, the working status of young teachers in medical schools was analyzed, and suggestions were put forward on the basis of this. The results show that the young teachers in colleges and universities are an important part of the teachers＂ groups. The growth environment influences the quality and prospect of higher education. The young teachers in colleges and universities have a role that can not be neglected in the process of sustainable development of colleges and universities.
