环境样品中草甘膦检测的衍生化试剂综述

A Review of Derivatization Reagent of Glyphosate Residue in Environmental Samples for Determination

指出了草甘膦具有强极性、缺少发色团和荧光团等性质,在很多仪器上无法直接检测,需要衍生化。综述了国内外环境样品中草甘膦前处理过程中衍生化研究的进展,探讨了草甘膦使用不同衍生化试剂的回收率和检出限,为进一步优化草甘膦衍生化方法提供参考。

Glyphosate has strong polarity, lack of hair color group and fluorescence group. It cannot be directly detected in many instrumentsandneed to be derived. In this paper, it reviewed advances of derivation of pretreatment of glyphosate in environmental samplesand elaborated recovery and detection limits of different derived reagents for glyphosate, which provided a reference for further optimization of glyphosate derivatization.
