连建伟教授从“关脉”辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎经验拾萃

Experience of Professor LIAN Jianwei in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis from the "Guan Pulse"

[目的]总结连建伟教授从"关脉"脉诊特点辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的临证经验。[方法]通过跟诊学习,分析研究连教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎相关病案,总结连建伟教授从"关脉"脉诊特点辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的临证经验,并附医案佐证。[结果]连建伟教授根据平脉辨证,治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎尤重"关脉"。临证医案脉诊时常以"右关缓""右关大""右关虚大""左关弦"为主。右关脉候脾胃,左关脉候肝胆,两关相参,重调肝脾,认为该病多与肝、脾相关。并参合舌诊辨其夹杂之证,辨脉论治,随证加减,临床疗效显著。[结论]连建伟教授从"关脉"脉诊特点辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验具有浓郁的中医思维特色,临床效果突出,值得学习和推广。

[Objective] To summarize professor LIAN Jianwei from the ＂ Guan pulse＂ characteristics of differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia clinical experience. [Method] With follow-up study, collect even professor of treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis related medical records, summarize the treatment experience of chronic atrophic gastritis, and a medical record evidence. [Results] According to Professor LIAN Jianwei Ping Mai syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis especially ＂Guan pulse＂ and proven cases often with ＂right turn＂ slow ＂turn right＂, ＂right turn empty＂ and ＂left Guanxian＂, right Guan pulse,left Guan pulse syndrome of spleen and stomach, liver and gallbladder, two closed reset and coherent, he believes that the disease is related to liver and spleen. And combined with tongue diagnosis, tongue diagnosis of the inclusion of evidence, with the addition and subtraction. To fully grasp the chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia in order to ＂Qi disorder＂ as the basis,the treatment of pulse treatment, clinical curative effect is significant, with clinical practice significance.
