杨丹红治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床经验浅析

The Clinical Experience of Professor YANG Danhong in Treating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

[目的]探讨杨丹红教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床经验。[方法]从病因病机、治疗原则、分期诊治等方面来论述杨丹红教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的见解和临床经验,总结杨师治疗早发性卵巢功能不全辨证取穴的原则及规律,并举案例佐证。[结果]杨丹红教授认为早发性卵巢功能不全的病因病机主要为肾虚肝郁脾虚而致冲任失调,治疗上采用针刺调周法,即根据月经周期的不同阶段,采用针灸分期治疗,分别在排卵期、行经期、经后期等生理时期随证配伍穴位进行治疗,临床上取得较好的疗效。[结论]杨丹红教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的经验在临床上行之有效,给临床治疗提供了新的思路,值得推广。

[Objective]To analyse the clinical experience of Professor YANG Danhong in treating to premature ovarian insufficiency. [Method] From the etiology and pathogenesis,treating principle and syndrome differentiation to discuss the viewpoints and clinical experience of Professor YANG Danhong in treating premature ovarian insufficiency,sum up the principle and regularity of acupuncture points in treating premature ovarian insufficiency and exemplify that. [Result] Professor YANG Danhong insists that kidney deffiency,liver qi depression and spleen deffiency are the essential factors,imbalance between the Chong and Ren is the key point in the etiology and pathogenesis,suggests that making use of acupuncture methods to treat different syndromes in different menstrual cycles, adds or cuts down acupuncture points according to the different syndromes.From massive clinical case, the clinical experience of Professor YANG Danhong in treating to premature ovarian insufficiency is effective. [Conclusion] The clinical experience of Professor YANG Danhong in treating premature ovarian insufficiency is effective and offers new ideas for the clinic.It is worthy of being spread.
