The anthropological documentary is one of the important types of documentary, which takes cultural anthropology and documentary as the main body. For cultural anthropology documentary, the relationship between cultural anthropology and documentary is not simply addition. The game between the two bodies makes the production of anthropology documentary unique and complex. This article combines quantitative and qualitative methods to explore the plight of Chinese anthropological documentary and put forward some counter measures.
