开放获取时代的知识、信息和数据——第十八届“亚太数字图书馆国际会议”(ICADL 2016)综述

“Knowledge,Information and Data in Open Access Society”——18th International Conference on Asia-Pacific Digital Libraries

开放获取对提高知识的可获取性、助推科学发展、带来更多教育机会等的重要作用使之成为信息社会进步的驱动力。第18届"亚太数字图书馆国际会议"(ICADL 2016)以"开放获取时代的知识、信息和数据"为主题,探讨了开放获取背景下的社区与数字图书馆、数字图书馆设计、信息获取设计与用户体验、信息提取与分析、开放获取与数据、社会与学术媒体、观点挖掘、模式与指南、分析与使用维基百科、教育与数字素养等十个方面,涉及开放获取社会中知识、信息和数据的新理念、新技术和新服务,并对未来开放获取视野下的知识、信息和数据的研究、教育和实践进行了展望。

Open Access （OA） which can improve the accessibility of knowledge, boost the scientific development and bring more educational opportunities has played a crucial role in the network information society. At the 18th International Conference of the Asia-Pacific Digital Library （ICADL 2016） , researchers and practitioners have discussed the issues about the OA in the following ten sessions： digital library design, community and digital libraries, information access design and user experience, information extraction and analysis, open access and data, social and scholarly media, opinion and sentiment, models and guidelines, analyzing and using Wikipedia, education and digital literacy. Among the sessions, they have explored new ideas, new technologies and new services about the access to knowledge, information and data. Moreover, the prospect was made for the future research and practice in the field of OA.
