摘要
对国内现有米粉干燥技术及设备做了详细介绍,分析了现有干燥技术在生产过程中所存在的优缺点及适应性;提出借鉴挂面智能干燥技术进行米粉干燥,并对该技术及设备进行了详细介绍。
This paper introduces the drying technology and equipment of the existing domestic of Rice noodles meanwhile that also analyzes the advantages, the disadvantages and the adaptability of existing drying technology in the production process.This paper also presents an intelligent drying technology of Rice noodles which has been applied in drying noodles, meanwhile the technology and equipment are introduced in detail.
