摘要
骨髓增殖性肿瘤(myeloproliferative neoplasms,MPN)是一类起源于造血干细胞/祖细胞的克隆性疾病,经典的BCR-ABL1(-)MPN包括真性红细胞增多症(PPV)、原发性血小板增多症(ET)和原发性骨髓纤维化(PMF)。
In the past decade,the development of next generation sequencing technology and the application of targeted drugs opened a new era of molecular diagnosis and precise medical of myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPN),a series of exciting progress has been made.The discovery of common pattern of gene expression profiling which revealing significant dysregulation of immune or inflammatory genes plays an important role in the pathogenesis of MPN and is associated with phenotype.This review focuses on the association of immune dysregulation and pathogenesis of MPN.
