Progress of CD19-specific modified chimeric antigen receptor T cells in the treatment of B cell lymphoma and leukemia

淋巴系统恶性肿瘤包括淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴瘤,是发生在B细胞、T细胞及NK细胞等淋巴细胞上的肿瘤。目前其治疗存在许多困难,特别是临床上常常遇到的疾病复发和难治,而治疗的失败与此有关。

B-cell lymphoma and leukemia are the most common subtypes of malignant lymphoma.In recent years,relapse and refractory to multiple therapy are the main reasons of treatment failure.Because of specific cellsurface loci,the CD19 antigen on B cells could be recognized by chimeric antigen receptor（CAR）-T cells.The proliferation of CAR-T cells can not do without the CD19 antigen stimulation continuously.Therefore,the acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma cells will be killed effectively.This article will review the efficacy,adverse reactions and side effect of CAR-T cell in treatment of B cell lymphoma and leukemia.
