摘要
为更好地控制刺参(Apostichopus japonicus Selenka)苗种质量,提高经济效益,对采用室内控温、控光技术促熟产卵、孵化培育的升温刺参苗与常规温度刺参苗比较出苗成活率、发病率和经济效益。结果表明,升温苗的成活率比常温苗提高15.8%,发病率降低10.2%,经济效益提高21.6%。该结果为刺参人工育苗提供了有效的技术支撑。
In order to control the spawning quality of Apostichopus japonicus Selenka and improve economic benefit, the in- door temperature and light controlling methods were used for artificial maturation, spawning and hatching of the sea cucum- ber, and the seeding survival rate, disease incidence rate and economic benefit were analyzed. The results showed that com- pared with sea cucumber cultivated under normal temperature, the survival rate of temperature rising seedlings was increased by 15.8%, the disease incidence rate was decreased by 10.2%, and the economic benefit was improved by 21.6%. These re- sults will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the artificial breeding of sea cucumber.
