个性化护理干预对同步放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响被引量：2

摘要目的观察在同步放化疗肺癌患者中使用个性化护理干预对其生活质量的影响。方法选取100例同步放化疗肺癌患者将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组与对照组各50例,对照组患者入院后采用常规的护理,观察组在对照组的护理基础上采用个性化护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,同时观察组护理满意度86.0%明显比对照组的64.0%高,P<0.05。结论同步放化疗肺癌患者在临床的治疗采用个性化护理,能够有效地提高患者的生活质量,临床护理效果显著,值得在临床的护理推广。
