北京市丰台区细菌性食源性疾病哨点医院监测结果 被引量:9

Surveillance results of bacterial foodborne diseases in sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District of Beijing

摘要 目的对北京市丰台区2012—2015年3家哨点医院4种细菌性食源性疾病监测结果进行分析,了解丰台区细菌性食源性疾病流行特征。方法根据食源性疾病监测报告系统监测资料,对2012—2015年在丰台区3家哨点医院就诊的2 143例食源性疾病病例采集病例信息和粪便标本,进行沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌、肠致泻性大肠杆菌、志贺菌等4种食源性致病菌病原学检测,对食源性疾病的人口学特征、时间分布、医院分布和致病菌病原学情况、可疑食品和可疑进食场所进行分析。结果 2 143例病例中男性1 177例,女性966例。检出4种食源性致病菌共394株,总检出率为18.39%。副溶血性弧菌检出率最高,为7.84%;其次为肠致泻性大肠杆菌,检出率为6.21%。7和8月检出率分别为28.13%和41.47%;21~50岁组人群占总检出率的60.02%;4种细菌总检出率在年龄组间、年份、月份间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丰台区食源性疾病发生主要集中在7和8月,感染患者集中在21~50岁年龄组,主要以副溶血性弧菌和肠致泻性大肠杆菌感染为主,应加强人群卫生宣传教育。 [Objective]To analyze the surveillance results of 4 bacterial foodborne diseases in 3 sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2012-2015,understand the epidemiological features of bacterial foodborne diseases in Fengtai District.[Methods]On the basis of data from the foodborne disease surveillance reporting system,the case information and stool specimens were collected from 2 143 cases of foodborne diseases in 3 sentinel hospitals of Fengtai District from 2012-2015. Four foodborne pathogenic bacteria were detected,which included Salmonella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Escherichia coli and Shigella. The demographic characteristics,temporal distribution,hospital distribution,pathogenic bacteria,suspicious food and suspicious eating places were analyzed.[Results]There were 1 177 male cases and 966 female cases. Totally 394 strains of 4 foodborne pathogenic bacteria were detected with the detection rate of 18.39%. The positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest,which was7.84% followed by Escherichia coli,which the positive rate was 6.21%. The detection rate in July and August was 28.13% and41.47% respectively,and 60.02% of positive cases were people aged 21-50 years old. There were statisti-cally significant differences in the total positive rates of 4 pathogens among age groups,years and months(P0.01). The differ-ence was not statistically significant between sex groups(P0.05).[Conclusion]The bacterial foodborne diseases in Fengtai District have mainly occurred between July and August,most of patients are people aged 21-50 years old,and main pathogens are Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Escherichia coli. It is necessary to strengthen the health education among population.
