心理弹性在非现役文职护理人员社会支持和心理健康间的中介效应

Mediation effect of psychological resilience between social support and mental health in non-commissioned civilian nurses

目的研究非现役文职护理人员社会支持对心理健康的影响,并探讨心理弹性在其间的中介效应。方法采用成人心理韧性量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和《SCL-90心理自评量表》对452名非现役文职护理人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果非现役文职护理人员的社会支持、心理弹性得分高于中等水平,心理健康得分低于2分;除心理弹性的计划风格因子和社会能力因子与心理健康的部分因子相关较低外,其余因子之间都呈显著相关(P<0.05);结构方程模型表明[χ~2/df=2.571;RMSEA(近似误差均方根)=0.054、NFI(赋范拟合指数)=0.946、CFI(比较拟合优度指数)=0.962、IFI(增量拟合指数)=0.968、GFI(拟合优度指数)=0.933、AGFI(调整拟合优度指数)=0.911]非现役文职护理人员的心理弹性在社会支持和心理健康之间存在显著的完全中介作用。结论社会支持、心理弹性是心理健康的重要预测变量,心理弹性在社会支持与心理健康之间起完全中介作用。

[Objective]To study the influence of social support on mental health among non-commissioned civilian nurses,explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience between them.[Methods] Totally 452 non-commissioned civilian nurses were investigated using Resilience scale of adults（RSA）,Perceived social support scale（PSSS） and Symptom checklist-90（SCL-90）.SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistical software were used to analyze the data.[Results] The scores of social support and psychological resilience among non-commissioned civilian nurses were higher than medium level,and the mental health score was lower than 2 points. The correlations between planning style factor and social ability factor of psychological resilience and some factors of mental health were not significant,while the correlations between other factors were statistically significant（P0.05）.The structural equation model（χ~2/df=2.571,RMSEA=0.054,NFI=0.946,CFI=0.962,IFI=0.968,GFI=0.933,AGFI=0.911） showed that psychological resilience had a significant mediating effect between social support and mental health among non-commissioned civilian nurses.[Conclusion] The social support and psychological resilience are the important predicting variances to mental health. The psychological resilience has a significant mediating effect between social support and mental health.
