摘要
目的了解天津市5所三甲医院ICU护士的主观幸福感与自尊现状及其相关性,促进ICU护理的积极发展。方法采用自尊量表、主观幸福感量表对天津市5所三甲医院的224名在职ICU护士进行调查。结果天津市5所三甲医院ICU护士主观幸福感得分(69.73±11.60),低于常模;自尊得分(27.67±3.41),较常模得分低;自尊与ICU护士主观幸福感之间呈显著正相关(r=0.584,P<0.01);主观幸福感的影响因素包括自尊、兴趣爱好、年龄。结论 ICU护士的主观幸福感、自尊水平较低,提高自尊、发展兴趣爱好有助于提高ICU护士的主观幸福感。
[Objective]To investigate the current situation of self-esteem and subjective well-being of ICU nurses in 5 first class tertiary hospitals in Tianjin,analyze their correlation,and promote the positive development of ICU care.[Methods]Totally 224on-the-job ICU nurses from 5 first class tertiary hospitals in Tianjin were investigated by using the Self Esteem Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale.[Results] The scores of subjective well-being and self-esteem among ICU nurses of 5 first class tertiary hospitals in Tianjin were(69.73 ±11.60) points and(27.67 ±3.41) points respectively,which both were lower than the norms. The self-esteem was significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being among ICU nurses(r=0.584,P0.01). The influencing factors of subjective well-being included self-esteem,interests and age.[Conclusion]The levels of subjective wellbeing and self-esteem are lower among ICU nurses. To improve self-esteem and develop interests is helpful to elevate their subjective well-being.
