摘要
跨境远程医疗在实施过程中存在诸多法律问题,本文研究了其法律定义、法定内容、法律责任承担以及尚未在中国上市的药品如何使用等问题,并提出建议对策,以供跨境远程医疗发展借鉴。
In recent years, the cross-border telemedicine still exists many legal problems in the process of implementation. This paper discusses its legal definition, legal content, legal responsibility, and the use of drugs which have not been listed in China, then puts forward some countermeasures in order to make reference for the development of cross-border telemedicine.
