摘要
清水混凝土以节约工程成本、提高工程质量、改善企业管理水平等优点,自20世纪90年代后期以来在技术研究及工程应用方面得到了长足发展。但对于清水混凝土的研究多集中在清水混凝土的配合比设计和施工技术等方面,对清水混凝土生产过程中的质量控制研究较少。为了实现清水混凝土研究与工程应用的系统性、完整性,弥补清水混凝土研究中的薄弱环节,以济南轨道交通清水混凝土工程为依托,开展了清水混凝土生产质量控制技术的研究。针对清水混凝土生产前准备工作、搅拌量与搅拌时间、工作性能控制等方面进行了系统研究,工程实践表明,在上述生产技术控制条件下,可有效确保清水混凝土的品质。
With its saving project cost,improving the quality of engineering and enterprise management level,etc,fair-faced concrete has got rapid development in the technology research and engineering application since the late 1990 s. However,the research of fair-faced concrete is more concentrated on the mixture ratio design and construction technology,and the research on the production technology of fairfaced concrete is less. In order to achieve the fair-faced concrete study and engineering application systematic and integrity and make up the weak links in the study of fair-faced concrete,with the rail transport fair-faced concrete project of Ji'nan as the background,the study on production technology of fair-faced concrete is carried out. Through the study on preparation work before production,the amount of mixing and stirring time,working performance control of fair-faced concrete,and engineering practice show that the production process can effectively ensure the construction quality of the fair-faced concrete.
