中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛102例观察

Angina(102 cases)Treated by lntegrated Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的 :观察冠心 1号在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的作用。方法 :将 2 0 4例冠心病心绞痛患者按就诊先后随机分为治疗组及对照组各 10 2例 ,两组常规给予硝酸酯类 (消心痛或鲁南欣康 )、阿斯匹林或β-受体阻滞剂 (倍它洛克 ) ,对照组另加用极化液 ,治疗组另加用冠心 1号 ,4周为一疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率 89.2 % ,对照组 6 5 .6 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;且治疗组治疗前后血液流变学指标有明显改变 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :冠心 1号对冠心病心绞痛有较好的治疗作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of drug,Guan Xi Ⅰ,in treating angina of coronary heart disease.Methods:204 cases of cornary heart disease had been divided into two groups,the test and the control,according to the sequence of seeking medical advice.The drugs,isosorbide,aspirin and β-receptor blocking agent,had been given in both groups for four weeks as a treatment course.During the course,polar liguid had been given in the control and Guan Xi Ⅰ in the test.Result:The total offective rate in the test was 89.2% and that in the control,65.6%.The effect in the test is better than that in the control( P <0 05).The index of blood rheology in the former can be obviously changed pro and post treatment( P <0 01).Conclusion:The drug,Guan Xi Ⅰ,had been found a good effect in treating angina of coronary heart disease.
