摘要
在对连杆齿啮式脉动无级变速器传动机构分析的基础上,建立了等效平面六杆机构的封闭矢量方程;采用矩阵法构建了单相传动机构中连杆、摇杆与啮合点到输入轴轴心连线的运动学数学模型;应用MATLAB程序仿真分析了3种调速方式、相数与偏心距对变速特性的影响,确定了主要调速方式和优选相数,证明了该变速器传动机构具有变速比可变化范围大和脉动率小等优点,为完善该变速器的设计理论及工程实现提供了一定的借鉴。
Based on the analysis of transmission mechanism of rod - gear type Pulse Continuously Variable Transmission ( P - CVT), the closed vector equations of equivalent plane six - bar mechanism is built, and the kinematic mathematical model of angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration of connecting rod, rocker and meshing point to input shaft axis of single phase transmission mechanism is constructed by the matrix method. At last, by using software Matlab, the simulation analysis of the effects of speed - adjusted style, phase number and eccentricity on the speed - variation characteristics, the main speed regulating mode and the optimal phase number are the determined, the advantages of large variable speed ratio range and small pulsation rate the transmission mechanism are proved. The reference for improving the design theory and engineering implementation of the transmission is provided.
