齿向修形齿轮啮合刚度及齿向载荷分布系数的计算研究 被引量:2

摘要 齿向修形技术已成为提高齿轮传动性能、降低振动噪声的主要手段之一。其中,啮合刚度、载荷分布系数是评价齿轮修形效果优劣的主要参数。考虑安装误差的影响,利用有限元准静态分析方法,对不同修形量齿轮的啮合刚度以及载荷分布系数开展定量计算。分析得到了安装误差、齿轮修形量对齿轮啮合刚度以及载荷分布系数的影响规律。结果表明,齿向修形不仅能增加齿轮的啮合刚度还可以降低不平行度误差引起的齿向载荷分布系数,安装误差一定时齿轮存在最佳值域的齿向修形量,偏离该值域时传动性能变差。 The Longitudinal modification technology has been the most promising method to improve transmission performance and suppress vibration and noise. The mesh stiffness and longitudinal load distribution are primary parameters to evaluate the effect of modification. By using the finite element quasi - static analysis principle, the mesh stiffness and longitudinal load distribution of modification gears in the different modifications are calculated quantitatively according to the influence of installation errors. The effects of tooth profile correction amount and installation errors on mesh stiffness and longitudinal load distribution analysis are obtained. These analysis results show that the mesh stiffness is increased and the longitudinal load distribution caused by the shaft nonparallelsm is reduced. Meanwhile, at a given installation errors, there is the best range of the tooth profile correction amount, when deviating this range, the transmission performance goes worse.
