摘要
从能量波动角度分析汽车变速器齿轮敲击过程,提出一种用于评价汽车变速器齿轮敲击异响的指标——能量波动指标。基于ADAMS软件建立传动系动力学模型并应用能量波动指标仿真分析变速器齿轮敲击异响,将分析结果与试验测试数据及主观评价进行对比验证并划定齿轮敲击异响阈值。结果表明,能量波动指标能够准确评价齿轮敲击异响,可用于工程。
The gear rattle noise is analyzed from the perspective of energy fluctuation and a metric named "energy fluctuation metric" is proposed for the evaluation of gear rattle. A transmission system dynamics model is established with ADAMS software and "energy fluctuation metric" is used to analyze transmission gear rattle noise. The simulation analysis is eompared with experiment test data and subject evaluation. In addition, the gear rattle threshold is determined. It is found that "energy fluctuation metric" has a good effect on evaluating gear rattle noise and it could be used to improve transmission performance.
