双内啮合行星齿轮传动设计与试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 从传统行星齿轮传动技术的基础入手,对双内啮合行星齿轮传动进行了分析与研究。双内啮合行星齿轮传动具有结构紧凑,零件数少,功率密度高,安装条件简单,齿形配置自由,传动效率高等优点。基于相对速度法,研究分析了双内啮合齿轮传动各构件的转速关系。在匀速转动条件下,分析了双内啮合齿轮传动各构件受力情况和特点。根据双内啮合齿轮传动的特点,对行星轮的支撑结构进行了设计。基于转换机构法,对双内啮合行星齿轮传动的传动效率和基本啮合效率进行了分析。搭建双内啮合行星齿轮传动效率测试平台,测试了其传动效率在91%以上,验证了双内啮合行星齿轮传动基本啮合效率非常高。 Based on the traditional planetary gear transmission technology, the double intermeshing planetary gear transmission is researched and analyzed. The double intermeshing planetary gear transmission has the advantages of compact structure, higher power density, few parts, simple installation condition, and high transmission efficiency. The speed relationship of each component and the force of each component are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the double intermeshing planetary gear transmission, the support structure of the plane is designed. Based on the conversion mechanism method, the transmission efficiency and basic meshing efficiency of the transmission are analyzed. The platform of transmission efficiency test is buit. The transmission efficiency is about 91%, and it is verified that the basic meshing efficiency is very high.
