RV减速器回差及刚度测试系统研究 被引量:4

Study on the Backlash and Stiffness Measurement System for RV Reducer

摘要 回差及刚度是RV(Rotate Vector)减速器重要性能指标,研发了一套高精度回差及刚度测试系统。提出了固定输出端、输入端加载,测试输入端转角的测试方式,通过输入-输出转矩对应关系及输入-输出角度对应关系换算,对RV减速器数据进行处理。提出了RV减速器刚度曲线拟合分析模型,并以RV-40E-121型号减速器为对象进行了测试,得到了该减速器的刚度曲线,根据数据分析,得到该减速器回差及刚度性能符合指标。结果表明,该测试系统是合理的。 The backlash and stiffness are and stiffness measurement system is designed important parameters of vector rotate (RV) reducer, a backlash The measuring method of the fixed output, loaded input and angle tested input is put forward. The relation between input and output torque and angle of the RV reducer is used to process the data. The RV -40E - 121 reducer is tested and the model of RV reducer stiffness curve fitring is proposed, the stiffness curve of RV -40E reducer is obtained. The backlash and stiffness of the RV - 40E reducer meet the performance requirements, which indicated that the measurement system is reasonable.
