盆底仿生物电刺激促进产后子宫复旧效果研究 被引量:28

Clinical effect of pelvic floor bionic electrical stimulation in promoting postpartum uterine involution

摘要 目的探讨仿生物电技术对产后子宫复旧的临床疗效。方法 2015年3月至2016年11月在广州中医药大学附属南海妇产儿童医院足月分娩的20~40岁、无妊娠期合并症及并发症的初产妇150例,随机分为研究组A、B组和对照组;对照组为产后常规护理组;研究组在对照组基础上使用仿生物电技术分别选取不同治疗方案进行治疗;测量子宫底高度,观察恶露量、超声检查子宫复旧方情况。结果研究A、B组均较对照组产妇在产后24 h恶露量[(225.36±52.97)mL、(216.55±65.79)mL、(187.76±47.02)mL]、产后42 d子宫复旧方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后2 h及早应用仿生物电技术治疗可促进产后子宫复旧,有效预防晚期产后出血,促进早期康复。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor bionic electrical stimulation in promoting postpar- tum uterine involution. Methods A total of 150 primiparas giving birth in our hospital aged between 20 and 40 years old, who had no pregnancy complications, were selected in Nanhai Women and Children' s Hospital Affiliated to Guang- zhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to November 2016, and randomly divided into study group A, study group B and case-control group. The control group was used as postpartum routine care group.On the ba- sis of the management for control group, different treatment regimens were selected for the study groups with pelvic floor bionic electric stimulation. The height of uterine fundus was measured, lochia was observed and postpartum uterine invo- lution was detected by uhrasonography.Results At the amount of lochia of postpartum 24 hours[ (225.36~52.97)mL, (216.55_+65.79) mL, (187.76_+47.02)roLl, involution of uterus of postpartum 42 days for the two groups, the treatment group was better than the control group, P〈0.05, the difference being statistically significant.Conclusion The use of pelvic floor bionic electrical stimulation as soon as possible in postpartum 2 h can promote postpartum uterine involution, effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage, and promote early rehabilitation.
