摘要
中国酒店业员工主体已从60后、70后、80后逐渐过渡到90后。90后酒店管理专业毕业生成为酒店员工的重要来源。但当前酒店缺乏人文关怀、薪酬待遇偏低等致使员工流失率日益加剧。酒店可以从招聘、培训、绩效评估、薪酬、晋升、工作保障、工作组织等加强人力资源管理,降低员工流失率。
The main part of China's hotel industry staff has gradually transited from the generation of 1960 s,1970s,and 1980 s to the generation of 1990 s.Post-90 s graduates of hotel management major have become an important source of hotel staff.However,the current lack of humane care and low salary in the hotel industry has led to the increasing turnover rate of employees.Hotels can strengthen their human resource management and reduce staff turnover rate by taking effective countermeasures in terms of recruitment,training,performance evaluation,salary,promotion,job security and organization of work.
