钢铁企业中变压器投切控制节能策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对钢铁企业中的变压器在运行过程中因投切时机不当,导致经常出现阶段性损耗过高的问题,分析了变压器不同运行模式下的运行损耗并确定相应的临界负荷,提出一种变压器投切控制节能方法。采用最小二乘法拟合负荷曲线,获取全年所有可行投切点。考虑全局人工鱼群算法全局搜索能力强,可以较好的解决多输入问题,采用全局人工鱼群算法搜索变压器不同投切控制策略下的最优节电量,得到最优投切控制策略。最后以某钢铁企业的变压器运行为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem that transformers of iron and steel industries show phased high losses frequently due to the improper switching time in the operation process, an energy saving method for transformer switching control is put forward, in which the operating losses of transformer in different modes are taken into account to confirm corre- sponding critical loads. The least square method is used to fit load curve to obtain all feasible switching points. Con- sidering global artificial fish swarm algorithm (GAFSA) has better global search capability and can solve multiple - input problems well, therefore, the GAFSA is used to search for the optimal power consumption of transformer under different switching control strategies to obtain the optimal switching control strategy. Finally, a case study of trans- former operation in an iron and steel industry is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
