摘要
在城市电网设计中电缆通道负载流量优化控制,能够有效提高电力电缆的利用率和安全可靠性。对电缆通道负载流量的控制,需要设定电缆中电流的初值,给出电缆绝缘层的最高温度,完成对电缆通道负载流量的优化控制,传统方法获取敷设环境温度,计算出土壤温度和载流量的关系,但忽略了给出电缆绝缘层的最高温度,导致控制精度偏低。提出基于等效导热系数的电缆通道负载流量优化控制方法。上述方法先通过IEC60287计算单芯电缆载流量,给出电缆温度场的优化控制方程差分形式,得到边界上温度函数,设定电缆中电流的初值,给出了修正的载流量,利用Fourier定律给出电缆绝缘层的最高温度,以此为依据完成对电缆通道负载流量优化控制。实验结果表明,所提方法优化控制精度高,大幅度提升了电力电缆的输电能力。
An optimization control method of load flow of cable trench is proposed based on equivalent coefficient of heat conductivity. The load flow of single conductor cable is calculated via IEC60287, and difference form of opti- mization control equation of cable temperature field is provided, then temperature function on boundary is obtained and initial value of current in cable is set. The amendatory load flow is provided and Fourier law is used to provide the maximum temperature of cable insulation layer. Thus, the optimization control is completed. Experimental results show that the method has high precision of optimization control. It improves transmission capability of power cable by a large margin.
