摘要
针对多数充电设施规划以大型专用充电站为主,不能全面考虑各类电动汽车的充电需求,且缺少对小区域内分散充电桩规划研究的问题,提出了基于用地类型重新划分的充电桩设施网规划方法。该方法首先通过负荷预测结果确定充电桩总数。之后,利用经济指标计算研究区域所需充电桩数目;在重新划分用地类型的基础上对区域进行地块划分,计算充电需求系数,按比例确定所选地块的充电桩数目。最后,通过对某市行政区充电桩规划的算例分析表明,上述方法综合考虑了经济、交通、用地类型三个因素,满足电动汽车充电需求和用户便利性需求,上述方法可为充电桩的选址定容规划提供依据。
For most of the charging facilities planning to large - scale dedicated charging station - based, cannot fully take into account the various types of electric vehicle charging needs of the problem and the lack of small areas of scattered charging pile planning research, we propose a planning method of charging pile network based on land re- classification. The method determines the total number of charging piles by load forecasting. The number of charge piles needed in the study area is calculated with economic indicators. The area is divided on the basis of land reclas- sification, and the charging demand coefficient is calculated to determine the number of charging piles of the selected plots. Finally, an example of the calculation of the charging pile in a city administrative area shows that the method, which takes into account the three factors of economy, transportation and land use, can meet the demand of electric ve- hicle charging and user convenience. This method can be used to set the charging pile planning to provide basis.
