纯电动车动力电池温度稳定性优化设计仿真 被引量:6

摘要 动力电池是电动汽车的核心组成部分,性能与温度密切相关,温度过高不仅会加速电池的衰老,严重时会引发电池热失控造成危险。由于电池内部复杂化学反应和环境因素的影响,准确估测电池内部生热情况是研究的热点与难点。根据电池生热理论和基本热物理参数,建立了三维生热模型,并进行仿真,得到不同工况下电池各部分的温度变化。建立实验平台对仿真结果进行实验验证,结果表明,电池实测温度变化曲线与仿真结果基本吻合,验证了仿真模型的正确性。 Power battery is a key component of electric vehicles. Its performance and temperature are closely related, high temperature can accelerate the aging of the battery and is a serious cause of battery thermal runaway. Due to the complex chemical reaction inside the battery and the influence of environmental factors, it is a research hotspots and difficuhies to accurately estimate the heat generation inside the battery. According to the theory of cell heat gen- eration and the basic thermophysical parameters, we established a three -dimensional heat generation model and car- ried out simulation experiment. The temperature variation of each part of the battery under different working condi- tions was obtained. The experimental platform was established to verify the simulation results. The results show that the measured temperature curve of the battery is in good agreement with the simulation results ,which verifies the cor- rectness of the simulation model.
